Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without the need for justification.

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Be unused.

• Remain in its original condition.

• Include its original packaging.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged.

Since we work with international suppliers, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the return address may differ from the original shipping origin.

• Products which, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if they have been unsealed after delivery.
